His expertise extends to preconstruction layout and as-built surveys for industrial sites, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, and infrastructure projects such as water, sewer, and roadway developments. He has also contributed to environmental initiatives, including landfill surveys, monitoring well placement, and wetland delineation, along with stormwater pond as-built surveys.

C.A. is a Past President of the South Carolina Society of Professional Land Surveyors and was honored as the 2022/2023 South Carolina Surveyor of the Year in recognition of his leadership and contributions to the profession.

With a reputation for precision, reliability, and deep industry knowledge, C.A. continues to support complex projects with the same dedication and expertise that have defined his career from the very beginning.
